In our restaurant, using local ingredients, we offer a range of tempting dishes. Our various menus allow you to sample the regional cuisine and our range of specialities.

A "must" of the region is "Truffade", a dish of potatoes and "Tome du Cantal cheese". .

On our cheese board you will find, of course, the famous local cheeses of Cantal :

• and Saint Nectaire.
